This site presents Sparky’s event and education offers in Cyprus. Its descriptions are general information and are not an offer capable of immediate acceptance.
Enquiries and bookings
Sending an email or WhatsApp message, or using a contact button, does not make a booking or require payment. Availability, scope, location, dates, accessibility needs, staffing, safety arrangements and total price are agreed for each engagement. Any deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, delivery or refund terms must be provided before you agree to a booking or purchase.
If you are a consumer and a contract is concluded at a distance, mandatory pre-contract information and statutory withdrawal rights may apply. Nothing on this website removes those rights. We will address any applicable right of withdrawal, including any request to start a service during the withdrawal period, in the individual booking information.
Website content and external services
Text, artwork, photographs and site design are protected by intellectual property rights. You may view and share links to the site for personal or business enquiries, but may not reuse its content commercially without permission. Product and programme descriptions may change; we will confirm the actual offering in a proposal.
